Las Vegas Jr Wranglers Youth Hockey

Does your child want to learn how to play hockey?  This is the program for you!  Hockey 101 is a beginner class designed to teach players the basics of hockey - from skating skills to shooting the puck - this program covers it all!! 

Players must know how to skate on their own and have all the basic hockey gear (Helmet with a cage, hockey gloves, chest pad, shin and elbow pads, hip pads).  Skates are available from the rink if needed.  Skate school is available for those that do not know how to skate yet .....check out the Sobe Ice Arena information on their website for more information on Skate School.

All players must be registered with USA Hockey in order to be on the ice.  Go to USAHockey.com to register and bring a copy of the registration form with you to your first session.

WHEN:  Classes run throughout the year and include some skills and drills sessions (Coaches run a variety of skills and drills) and some stick time sessions (members get a chance to use their stick and puck skills - Coaches supervise on ice play).  No sessions on any major holidays. 

TIME:  Sundays from 4:15- 5:15.  Check out our calendar to verify times.

WHERE:  Sobe Ice Arena at the Fiesta on Rancho Blvd.

COST:  $5 per session, payable in cash at the door.

Please note:  You can start at any time throughout the season.....classes are always open to new players!!!
